Hi,
I own a gym and am interested in putting together some circuits for my members. Id like the circuits to be mainly focused on the selectorized machines (so I can make a literal “circuit” with them). Ideally Id like to have 3-5+ different circuits — beginner, intermediate, advanced, elderly, strength, etc.
Ive tried looking all over the net for good sample programs but havent had much luck. Ive found a lot about what should go into a circuit (6-12 excercises, 2-3 circuits, 10-15 reps, 15-30 secs of recovery, etc) but not much on the ACTUAL machines to use and in what order.
Does anyone have a few good links they can point me to where they spell out which machine, what order, reps, etc?
Thanks!!!
menshealth.com has a personal trainer link on it. It is free for 10 days and has some good suggestions.
Be sure to cancel after 10 days or you will be charged.
You own a gym and didn’t have this info prior to opening? No trainers that could customize a program specific to each person? The training should be personalized for what each person is trying to do i.e. lose weight, strength train etc.
