I recently joined the fitness club in my home town. I got a workout routine but I need to get on a good diet.

I need to get on a good diet to help with my strength training. Also I have heard of something called whey. What is this and how does it help with physical fitness? Any information anyone can provide would be grealty appreciated.
Theres always muscle milk that has whey in it. My boyfriend uses it, he seems to like it.
Muscle Milk contains proteins & quality ingredients, and their ability is to help you build muscle. As far for dieting you should only steam your food and vegetables or boil. Drink alot of water. Stay away from greasy foods.
