An example of which are: Upright rows, behind the neck pulldowns/presses, dumbell flies. Please elaborate as to whatt is really happening to the muscles, tendons. joints & what medical findings suppports this. Close pack position, kinematic chains, scapulohumeral rythm, carrying angle etc…

Some people are in a big hurry to look buff and will do these exercises badly
