To summarize my results: I lost a total of 40 pounds in a timeframe of 3 months. I followed my diet strictly(a junkmeal every now and then is allowed!) and I ALWAYS did my exercises at least 3 times a week. No more, no less. Does the order in which I do my workout matter? Should cardio be done before strength training? Strength before cardio? Or does it not really matter much at all?

Well if you’re trying to build muscle you should definitely do strength training last. I do this and then go home and drink a protein shake. When you exercise, your muscles tear and feeding them protein makes them grow nice and big. For this to occur you have about 60 minutes to feed them nutrients and if you do strength training first you may miss that time needed to get protein in you.
