I have been trying to find a decent strength training and conditioning blog for ages. They are all SO boring!! its like they just like mouthing off about crap writing really long essays about it. I just want a blog that tells me interesting workouts, techniques, maybe some sport/boxing/martial arts stuff? but no long essays and no other personal stuff. If there anything like that out there?

I do boxing, martial arts and wrestling, I want to get bigger! but I’m big on flexibility too. I like experimental stuff like ‘Ginastica Natural’ kind of stuff and crossfit style training.. deadlifts, kettlebells, core strength, neck and leg strength very important too. The blog doesn’t have to deal with all of this stuff, but some of it would be cool.
